AI Governance & Decision Support

ACT (AI Control Tower)

Visualizing AI dynamics and structuring reliable decision-making. A new standard: the "Situational Structuring Layer."

Overview

ACT (AI Control Tower) is the core governance layer that consolidates multiple AI and operational products provided by E&Rs. It centralizes status visibility, risk indicators, and decision points across systems.

As AI adoption expands, the most critical factor is not individual tool performance, but understanding the overall operational state. ACT does not automatically control AI. Instead, it structures the information necessary for human decision-making.

[Control Process]

AI Operational Data Collection ➔ Anomaly Detection ➔ Situational Structuring ➔ Decision Guidance (Stop / Wait / Switch)

Cross-System Visibility

Provides a consolidated view of multiple platforms such as CCT and AI WBS, enabling centralized oversight.

Early Risk Detection

Identifies signs of delay, instability, or quality degradation, minimizing operational risk.

Decision Support Framework

Guides key decisions such as “pause,” “switch,” or “continue,” supporting both operational and executive judgment.

Designed Around Human Judgment

“The question is not what AI outputs, but how we choose to use it. Control must remain in human hands.”

ACT is not rushed toward completion. It evolves alongside real operational challenges. Currently in design and validation phases, we welcome collaborative development from the conceptual stage.
