- Identify structural bottlenecks and hidden risks
- Assess readiness for AI adoption (data, governance, workflow)
- Translate non-technical concerns into structured decisions
- Evaluate whether AI implementation is necessary at all
- Define clear next-step options (proceed / pause / redesign)
